The problem with most hand held flashlights is they take up valuable hand space. It might be just me, but I find it useful to use both of my hands while I am working on projects. This can sometimes be a hard thing to do in the dark while trying to prop up a flashlight. If only there was a better way. There is, and its called the Stanley 95-155 3-in-1 Tripod LED Flashlight. From a distance it looks like a normal flashlight, but up close you can see that it also has a built in...

It looks a lot like the old Tool-Rank doesn't it? I went ahead and upgraded the CMS that runs Tool-Rank even though I said I wasn't going to upgrade until after the new year. There are a few bugs, as I expected, but nothing too serious. One bug doesn't allow JavaScript on the forums, but that isn't a huge deal. The upgrade is also the reason there hasn't been any tool news in the past few day. I haven't been able to test everything yet, so if you find a bug, please let me know. I also...

What do you do, when you have more then one brand of cordless tools? Like most people, you probably have to carry around a charger for each brand. This can be a real pain, and take up a lot of valuable space. In many cases, more tools = more trips to the truck. This is where the 10C CREW multi-brand charger can save you time, which equals money. It can charge 4 batteries all from different manufacturers at the same time via special adapters (sold separately). It doesn't even matter if the battery types are...

You might remember a past post Bosch introduces their new DareDevil spade bit line, where Bosch introduces a self feeding spade bit.

Are you tired of being disorganized? Being a finish carpenter, I sometimes find it hard to keep track of all my hand tools. I have tried many types of bags, but none seem to work. They just don't seem to have enough pockets, or they are so small you cant fit some of your larger tools. If you find you have the same problems as me, VETO PRO PAC Tool Bags might just be what you are looking for. They have 2 different styles of bags, with 3 sizes for each style. They have the open top...

If you are like me, you want to make sure you are getting a great product at a great price. That is probably why you take the time to research, and read reviews before you spend your cash. But what if you buy a product based on a review, only to find out  the product was not accurately tested, or it was misrepresented? Take reviews from places that want to sell you something with a grain of salt. A lot of stores use product reviews to help sell more products. But can...

Dura-GRIT is one of those "ahhh" tools. Why, because when I first saw the video of them in action, I said "ahhh" They are basically tungsten carbide versions of standard rotary cutting and sanding wheels. The video shows you everything, so be sure to take a look. They are a little expensive at between $10-$15 each, but if they really do everything the video shows, they are probably worth it. If anyone has used these, be sure to leave a review; I am interested to see what they can do....
