Bosch has always been a class leader in jigsaws and they are the brand that many professionals turn to first, so when they announce new jigsaws, everyone takes notice. At their recent media event, Bosch debuted their new JS572E Top-Handle Jig Saw and JS572EB Barrel-Grip Jig Saw, and Bosch did not leave anything out.

Not everyone can afford (or has the space) to go out and buy every single book they need or want to read, so a community library is a great way for many people to take turns using a single book. What if we took this same concept to other things we only use occasionally? Like tools?

Antique tool collectors might be interested in this rare WW2 era pneumatic (worm drive?) Skil Saw. Some of you older tool users may have heard folklore about such a tool, and maybe a rare few have even seen this mystical tool in person.

One of the keys to being efficient is proper tool organization. I am not just talking about keeping your tools organized while they are not in use, but also while they are in use. This desktop Tool Stand or Caddy from Keter looks like a simple way to keep your most often used tools organized and in easy reach.

And since we have the inventor of the Saw Stop to blame for these new safety regulations, I would be perfectly happy to see the manufacturers find a way to not use his patents. A Black & Decker patent filing indeed shows that at...

Mac Tools knows a thing or two about what automotive workers need to help them get the job done. One of those things they need is light, but working in a brightly lit shop is not always an option. To get the light where it needs to be even when you are away from the shop, Mac Tools has come out with a new cordless magnetic rubberized LED worklight.

A few months back I criticized Home Depot on Twitter for the rather lame coupons they were sending out in their Home Depot Pro newsletters. The coupon (advertised as a Home Depot Pro Exclusive) offered a savings of $5 of off a $150 or more purchase. Are you kidding me? What a joke. Well now it looks like Home Depot is finally offering real savings in these exclusive coupons they are sending out.

A recently published Makita patent suggests that a more advanced Makita battery might also be in the works.
