Bosch has expanded their heated work wear line to include a new version of their PSJ120 heated jacket, this time for women. The new Bosch women’s heated jacket has all the great features that can be found in the men’s jacket, but it has a tailored-fit that is contoured to better match a woman’s shape.
Briggs & Stratton has come out with an all-new 3000 Watt Inverter Generator that they say is the perfect accessory to tailgating. With even more watts in a compact housing that is easy to maneuver around, you can finally keep those power hungry devices running while on the go.
In what I consider to be surprising news, today Dremel announced that it will be coming out with their own 3D Printer—the Dremel 3D Idea Builder, something they are claiming will be “the most user-friendly 3D printing experience on the market”. Along with the printer they are launching a growing library of 3D models of items you might find fun or useful around the house.
Black+Decker will be coming out with a pair of new 40V MAX (LCS1240) and 20V MAX (LCS1020) Lithium-Ion cordless chainsaws this November that they say provide the “convenience of cordless maneuverability” with “performance for cutting through dry wood and live logs”.

DeWalt is coming out with a new 20V Max cordless reciprocating saw that is more compact to allow remodelers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and the like to make controlled cuts in tight spaces such as between studs, or in crawl spaces. With reciprocating saws, sometimes smaller is better.
While here in the US Makita’s 4.0Ah Batteries (BL1840) are just becoming available, over in the UK and other parts of the world they will soon have access to the new Makita 5.0Ah batteries. ToolStop, a tool store in the UK, has a look at the new BL1850 batteries and clues us in on all the details.
In addition to the two Cordless LED lights that Milwaukee has already come out with, which I reviewed here, they will be coming out with a pair of new M12 and M18 Cordless LED Lanterns. While the previous LED lights were great task lights, the new LED Lanterns will probably be better area lights.
Makita has come out with a new 18V cordless, brushless drywall screwdriver (XSF03M) that is powered by their new 18V 4.0Ah batteries, which they say has the power and performance of a corded drywall screwdriver. The benefit, of course, is that there is no cord to get in the way.
Playing a game of Jenga with friends and family is always fun, so imagine how much more fun it would be to play with 600-pound wooden blocks and heavy equipment. This is obviously a commercial for Cat, but that doesn't make it any less fun to watch. Of course, the best part of Jenga is buildup of adrenalin and anxiety of not knowing when the wooden tower might topple over. I wonder if those feelings increase as the size of the blocks increases?
