Bosch Quick Change Hole Saws

by Chris     January 02, 2009
Anyone that uses more then one hole saw throughout the day knows what a hassle it is to change to a different size. I use three sizes for my normal work, often switching between them a couple dozen times a day, and all that time adds up.

For every problem, there is often a solution, and the Bosch Quick Change System might be that solution. I have seen the Bosch Quick Change Hole Saw System in the hardware stores for a while now, but I never really gave them a good look. They act much like a quick release chuck for your drill, making things a lot simpler.

The best part is you can use this technology on your existing holes saw using an adapter, then when you need a replacement you can buy the new Quick Change Hole Saws.

Happy New Year

by Chris     January 01, 2009

I hope everyone had a good time last night, but more importantly had a safe night and made it home OK. Now that the new year is here, there are a few things that you need to remember to take care of.

  1. First is to take down your Christmas lights. They are not 365 lights.
  2. Second is your taxes. You don't have to wait until April 15th to get you taxes done.
  3. Third is to add more reviews to Tool-Rank.
Thanks to everyone that added your reviews, and participated in the Bosch Impactor Giveaway. Here is to a new year, with hopefully more tools being made in the USA, and not less.

Tool-Rank T-Shirts

by Chris     December 31, 2008

One of my Christmas gifts this year from my Parents was a small box of Tool-Rank T-Shirts. This is something I had thought about doing in the future, but It was nice of them to go ahead and get it started for me. They even included the little orange Tool-Rank man. The photo is of the back of the shirt. The front has a small logo where the pocket would be.

So what did you get for Christmas?

The Ultimate Job Site Trailer

The Ultimate Job Site Trailer

Do you need a trailer that you can just pull up to the job site and get right to work without having to unload all your tools. The problem with most trailers is the limited access to your tools. If you need something in the back, you have to unload everything in front of it.
