The first time I saw super small DeWalt DW745 table saw on the jobsite was the same day I was getting the Tool-Rank logo made up. I remember talking with the logo designer over the phone while watching a carpenter walk onto the jobsite with the saw in one had. That was a long time ago, but the DW745 table saw is still a hit among carpenters. 

I came across this deal that Lowe's is currently offering. They have the DW745 on clearance for only $319. Amazon pricing is currently just above $350. You can reserve yours now at Lowes.com and pick it up at your local store. You should also be able to take this deal over to Home Depot and get them to price match and get an extra 10% off (I don't think clearance items are excluded). Either way, you are getting a great deal on a highly ranked compact table saw.

It is my opinion that if you are a professional carpenter, you should own both a corded and a cordless oscillation tool. The corded for when you need to do a lot of work, and a cordless for quick cuts and when you need to move around a lot. Unfortunately we cannot all afford to spend $300 to get both tools. Today only, Amazon has the cordless Dremel Multi-Max for only $73, and that is for a New kit. The kit includes a couple blades and a sanding pad to get you started, and also comes with two 12 volt batteries and a charger. Yesterday's price for the same tool was $89.91.

Looks like Lowe's still has plenty of these drills in stock, even in stores (photo). According to the website the clearance sale ends on March 6th 2012. You can order yours online and pick it up at the store if you want to be sure you get one.

Ridgid's Trim router is a pretty good deal at around 100 bucks and the user reviews seem to back it up, but what if you could get an even better deal? Well of course this is a Hot Deal article, so a better deal does in fact exist. Home Depot is currently selling the Ridgid Trim Router for only $99, but it also includes a FREE bonus Ridgid 1/4-sheet sander; the sander alone sells for just under $50. The reviews on the sander do not seem to be as good as the reviews on the router, buy hey, you could always sell it and make some of your money back.
